Disable and Reactivate User Access Record

    Disabling User Access Record

    • Go to the User Access Management Main View and find the account you want to disable.
    • Click the Disable button beside the account.
    • Click the Disable button beside the account.
    • The system will ask for confirmation: Disable Employee?
    • Select Yes to save the updates or Cancel if you decide not to proceed.
    • A dialog box will appear asking you to “Enter Reason.”
    • Type in the reason why you are disabling the record. (This field is required.)
    • Click Submit to continue.
    • Check the User Access Management Main View to confirm the record status now shows as Inactive.

    Reactivating User Access Record

    • Go to the User Access Management Main View and find the account you want to reactivate.
    • Click the Reactivate button beside the account.
    • This opens a dialog box, click the Yes button to reactivate the record or Cancel if you decide not to proceed.
    • A success modal will appear to confirm that the record has been reactivated.
    • Check the User Access Management Main View to confirm the record status now shows as Active.
