    The Reports & Analytics section offers different types of reports designed to help users monitor client activity, contract performance, and overall data management. Each report provides a specific focus, from tracking retention and churn rates to viewing complete client and contract records.

    Here are the reports you can generate in the Reports & Analytics section:

    • CRR & CCR (Client Retention & Churn Rate) – Provides insights into how many clients are retained versus how many have been lost over a given period, helping measure client loyalty and overall business stability.
    • CTRR & CTCR (Contract Retention & Churn Rate) – Tracks active versus discontinued contracts, showing how well the organization maintains agreements and where contract drop-offs occur.
    • Client Master List – A complete record of all clients in the system, including key client details, useful for reference, reporting, and auditing purposes.
    • Contract Master List – A consolidated list of all contracts stored in CMD, showing agreement details, dates, and statuses for easier tracking and management.

    The Client and Contract Master Lists are very sensitive reports and only the CEO and Finance Manager have access. If you need a list, then please file a ticket to the Accounting Team in Wrike.

    How to Generate a Report

    1. Open Reports & Analytics and locate Reports Filter near the top of the page.
    2. Click the Type of Report dropdown and select the report you want (e.g., CRR & CCR, CTRR & CTCR, Client Master List, Contract Master List).
    3. Choose a VA Company from the right-hand dropdown (the default is All). Select a specific VA company to narrow results.
    4. Pick a Standard Date Filter:
      • Click the Standard Date Filters dropdown and choose a quick option such as Today, This Week, This Month, Last Year, or Date Range.
      • If you choose a quick option (e.g., This Month), the module will automatically set the start/end dates for that period.
    5. If you selected Date Range (or prefer custom dates), use the Start Date and End Date fields to enter the exact range.
      • The Start Date is set to default (01/01/2025) — update it if you need a different range.
    6. After your filters are set, click the Generate Report button (bottom-right).
    7. Review the generated report: the system will show the results on screen for CRR & CCR and CTRR & CTCR and will generate an Excel file for Client Master List and Contract Master List.
